Our Staff:

Jay is one of the founding members of Niederhauser & Davis, LLC. He has a bachelors in accounting from Utah State University and over 30 years of experience, much of which is in tax and audit with large international accounting firms. Jay has extensive experience in business and individual tax planning and oversees all aspects of the firm's tax, accounting and audit services. He is a licensed CPA in Utah and Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Stephanie began working with Niederhauser & Davis, LLC in February 2005 after relocating to Park City, Utah from Atlanta, Georgia. She received her bachelor degree in accounting in 1996 from Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia. Stephanie has over ten years of experience working in all aspects of a public accounting firm, including accounting and tax services, and administration. Stephanie currently manages all of the attestation engagements and performs substantially all of the audit and review procedures for the firm. She is a licensed CPA in the States of Utah and Georgia. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Julie was raised in Muskegon Michigan. She moved to Park City, Utah in 1991 upon graduating from Hope College. She continued her education at the University of Utah, where she graduated with an MBA. Julie started working with Niederhauser & Davis, LLC as an accountant in the fall of 1999 and obtained her CPA license in 2001. She is currently a manager and supervises staff in tax and accounting services. Julie is married with two sons and a daughter. In her free time, Julie enjoys skiing, biking, running, triathlons and vacationing with her family & friends.

Michele began working with Niederhauser & Davis, LLC in October of 2006. She moved to the Park City area from St. Louis, Missouri. She obtained her bachelor degree in Accounting in 2006 from Missouri State University and her masters degree in 2010 from the University of Utah. Michele brings to the firm experience in both tax and client write-up. She currently is working towards her CPA license.

Ashton and his wife are Park City locals, growing up and living in Park City since childhood. Prior to coming on with Niederhauser & Davis in fall 2009, he completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Utah, and was working for a CPA firm in Murray, UT. He has been involved in accounting and tax services since 2006. He is working towards becoming a CPA and is currently enjoying an MBA program at Westminster College.  In his spare time Ashton loves to be outdoors in and around beautiful Park City.  He enjoys mountain biking, triathlons, backpacking, horseback riding and about anything else outside.

Sherry moved to Park City in 1994 from Lake Tahoe, CA.  She was hired by Suzanne Davis in 1997 and stayed with the company when it was acquired by Niederhauser & Davis, LLC in 1999.  Sherry worked in the Purchasing, Engineering and Accounting Departments for a private water company in San Jose, CA for many years. She loves the great outdoors and takes time to hike, camp and spend time with family and friends.  

Erica joined Niederhauser & Davis in the spring of 2011 after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA degree from the University of Utah.  She brings to the firm prior accounting experience in various industries. Erica is married with one son and lives in the Sugarhouse area.  She is currently working towards obtaining her CPA license.

Erin joined Niederhauser & Davis in the fall of 2011 to help in the development and expansion of accounting services.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University and received her MBA in May of 2011 from the University of Phoenix.  Erin brings experience in bookkeeping and payroll.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, hiking, camping, and reading.

Melinda began working with Niederhauser & Davis, LLC in December 2011. She attained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Utah State University in 2004. Since then she has been working in the accounting field and has gained experiences in a wide variety of areas. Her favorite part of the job is working with clients in helping them understand accounting processes. In the summer time she enjoys being outside and doing yard work, in the winter time curling up with a good book. 

Janis is delighted to have joined Niederhauser & Davis in February 2011.Before relocating here from California in 1993 with her husband and two children, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business education from California State University, Long Beach. Her work experience includes property management, bookkeeping, payroll supervisor for a large city municipality, and the formation and management of several of her own home-based businesses. Janis is an outdoor enthusiast, and that includes hiking, camping, skiing and gardening. She loves working out at the gym as well, and is a devoted volunteer at many Park City venues.
